Hiking in North East Glacier

North East Glacier consists of three major areas, Logan Pass, St. Mary Valley & Many Glacier.

Logan Pass is one of the most popular destinations in Glacier. You have to take the beautiful Going-to-the-Sun road; it is along the Continental Divide and offers stunning views. There is also a large visitor center at Logan Pass.

The St. Mary Valley’s most dominant feature is St. Mary Lake which offers a stunning view amid the mountains. St Mary also has a town (also known as St. Mary) which provides accommodations, souvenirs, dining, groceries, and gas. The St. Mary Visitor Center boasts a large theatre and interesting interpretive centre.

Many Glacier area is a hub for day-hiking with lush meadows, waterfalls and the beauty of the mountains. Many Glacier is close to the town of Babb, Montana.
